Tom is the man with the plan. After starting out in the home fuel industry, he wanted to take things in a greener direction and made the move into renewables. As Director, he’s passionate about building a business that does things properly while helping customers make the switch to cleaner heating.
Away from work, Tom enjoys football, cricket and, perhaps unsurprisingly, the colour green.
Joe looks after your project from the initial design right through to commissioning, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of heat pumps, he’s very much our go-to guy when it comes to all things heating.
When he’s not talking heat pumps, you’ll usually find Joe on the golf course or listening to Bob Dylan.
Meryl is the one keeping everything moving behind the scenes. From booking in jobs and sending paperwork to making sure everyone stays on track, she’s the organisational force that keeps the team in line.
When she’s not keeping us all organised, Meryl is a big Formula 1 fan, enjoys sewing, and can rarely say no to an espresso martini.
Rowan is one of the team’s heat pump engineers, carrying out installations and bringing plenty of knowledge and hands-on experience to every job. He takes pride in getting things right and making sure every system is installed properly.
Outside of heat pumps, Rowan has one very specific ambition: proving that he could eat 100 chicken nuggets in a single sitting. We’re yet to see him put it to the test.
Kevin brings years of experience to the team, carrying out heat pump installations with plenty of knowledge and know-how. He’s a safe pair of hands when it comes to getting the job done properly.
And while the tattoos might make him look a little intimidating, don’t let them fool you — Kevin is one of the friendly ones!
