How it works
Telephone consultation or initial site visit — a Senior Energy Consultant evaluates viability, records your usage and costs, and answers your questions.
Initial proposal — an estimate is prepared based on your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and the details from your consultation.
Survey — the consultant carries out a site survey, assessing requirements, performing heat loss and noise calculations, and verifying feasibility.
Fixed quote — a final quotation is provided, including kit specifications and a solution tailored to your home.
Work order and pre-installation — the admin team handle deposit invoicing, order equipment, schedule the engineering team and act as your main point of contact.
Install and commissioning — the installation team ensure high-quality work, commission the system, give you a tutorial and complete all required certification.
Warranty and aftercare — the admin team manage warranty applications, government scheme registration, feedback and your first annual service at a discount, and issue a full handover pack.
Warranty and ongoing care
We are always available by phone or email if you have questions at any stage, and we aim to respond promptly from your first enquiry to completion. Our air source heat pumps come with a 7-year extended warranty for peace of mind. A heat pump can last 15 years or more with regular maintenance, so we provide a service plan and reminders, and add you to our priority list for a quick response in the event of any problem.
